Two weeks old today!

The world's most burnt brats.

Baby Kate is thriving at the Hoff household. She is a super chill baby, eats and sleeps and chirps, doesn't really cry. Mya is adjusting well. She seems to like the baby these days unless I am nursing. Then Mya regresses into a baby as well.

We had her ten day checkup and she is up to 6lbs! Mya does cute things for the baby such as stack her stuffed animals around Kate's crib to "protect the baby from monsters at night". She especially loves rocking Kate in her very own rocking chair my Grandfather made. Pics to come.

Here are some pics of the nursery, the baby and of Brian's recent BBQ grill blowout. The Brats caught on fire and the corn was burnt to a crisp. He says he was distracted. It was a Lean Cuisine night at least for me. Brian attempted to eat the crunchy brats out of pride.

Meet Baby Kate!

The girls!

OMG, Mya clone.

So tiny, yet so precious.

On April 5th, we welcomed our little girl Kathryn Theodora Hoff, to the family. She is a little peanut weighing in at just 5lbs 9 ounces and 18 inches long. Everyone is in good health. Mya is super excited (for now) to be a big sister. These past few days have been pure bliss.

We could not ask for anything more. Our family is now complete.

Thanks to all our friends and family for their support, love, generosity and well wishes. These past few weeks have been trying but all worth it. We can't thank you enough.

So our adventure begins yet again!!!
